Al13 Plus Level Rail Panels are pre-built, welded rail panels that work well in any deck railing design. Use with Fortress Al13 Posts, composite sleeves, or wood posts for a classic look. Fortress manufactures several styles of brackets for simple installation, order whichever Fortress Brackets design you need separately. Al13 Plus panels are powder coated with a premium powder coating guaranteed with Fortress' Limited Lifetime Warranty.
