Barricade Ulti-Flash
Barricade Ulti-Flash flexible rubber deck flashing protects against moisture and water vapor penetration that can cause mold, decay, and prevent long term damage. 75' rolls available in 4", 6", or 9"(Sold in Cases of 3 Only).
Money Saving Tip: If you have more time than money, cut the 4" roll in half, fully covering the top of the joists and allowing a 1/4 lap on each side. we call this value engineering.
Description
The Barricade® Flashing System – Conform® stretchable flashing and Ulti-Flash® premium butyl rubber flashing – offers outstanding moisture protection and the ultimate line of defense around windows and doors. When installed according to specifications shown in the Flashing System Installation Guide, this system provides a superior weatherproof seal for all window, door, and skylight installations.
Both Conform and Ulti-Flash have self-sealing properties that can stop leaks around fasteners that may later be driven through the adhesive.
