High Point, wooden based traditional solar post caps by Deckorators from the Nouveau Collection. These High Point Concealed Solar Post Caps are the perfect, modern addition to your deck. Available with two skirt options: Pressure treated to match your pressure treated post and and Western Red Cedar that match your Western Red Cedar Post.
These post caps can be easily attached to wood posts. The solar collector was hidden to add a more sophisticated appearance to your deck. The sunlight passes to the solar collector inside the cap, through the frosted lens. The energy is then transferred to the two AA rechargeable batteries inside.- These solar caps are very easy to install, and they come in 3-5/8" x 3-5/8" inside dimensions.
- They can be placed on 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" posts.

Installation instructions:
- Look for the hole in the center of the base of the post cap.
- Attach the solar post cap to the wood post using the wood screw included in the packaging.
To access batteries
- Remove the lens by twisting it counter clockwise and lifting up.
- Remove the solar collector by twisting counterclockwise and lifting up.
- Replace each by inserting and twisting clockwise.
Care Instructions
- Use only rechargeable batteries. Using non-rechargeable batteries will destroy the solar collector.
