Al13 Home Flat Accent Top Rail
Fortress Al13 Home Flat Accent Top Rails finish off the Al13 Home Level Rail Panels or Stair Rail Panels, as well as the Vertical Cable Panels. Can be used for either post-to-post installs or over-the-post, continuous rail with the Top Rail Splices. Each heavy-duty accent top rail is powder coated with durable FortressLock technology, either Black Sand or Matte White, & available for 6' or 8' straight or stair sections.
