The Deck Store Rail Jig

Using this handy connector jig allows the deck builder to quickly and accurately place the railing connectors in the proper position. A variation of even 1/4" can increase the baluster use by several boxes over a typical rail, this jig will pay for itself in the first use.

The Universal Rail Jig is drilled for the connector screws only & works with all baluster types. The Line or Straight Jig puts the connector screws 4-1/2" apart, the Stair Jig spaces them 5-1/4" apart. A typical 3/4" baluster will end up with 3-7/8" spacing. Universal Jigs are not currently available in the triple pattern. You will only be shipped the Line or Stair Jigs.

Rail Connector Jig Instructions:

Start from the center of any section, mark locations with a pencil, install connectors. Shift this self aligning jig tight to last one installed, or overlap others for perfect alignment, quicker completions, happier customers. Not only just a baluster jig for Deckorators connectors, we can fit all other brands too. Works with stairs and special patterns.
