The Prestige Aluminum cap and skirt are made from a high quality powder-coated aluminum. This kit is intended to be used as replacements for your Tu-Step Prestige railing system. However, they will fit over appropriate sized 3" deck posts. These kits also come with 2 post shims to help level your post. Additionally, these items are included with the 3" Prestige Post Kit.
