TuffScreen #1713 is a Heavy-Duty screen designed to hold up to high traffic & harsh weather. Strong enough to keep most pets from running through it, TuffScreen screen will last years in your ScreenEze porch screen system. Screen made of vinyl coated polyester, .024" thick. Warrantied 10 years from the MFR. Available in several widths, 50ft or 100ft rolls, depending on size. 108", 120", & 132" Widths also available but must ship freight.
Description
The TuffScreen #1713 Screen Fabric has an increased resistance to tears & punctures, as well as superior protections against UV damage, mildew, & pet damage. Possibly, the TuffScreen 1713 has extra protection against damage from kids, but you will have to test that yourself. Let us know how it holds up.
The #1713 denotes the number of openings per square inch. So there are 17 openings across & 13 openings down per inch. Basically that means the TuffScreen #1713 rates Good for insect control.
