Detailed Information
GRK has developed the smallest screw head to include reverse threading that allows for the screw to disappear beneath the surface of the wood composite, which will eliminate any dimples that can occur. The RT Composite Trim Head Screw also features the W-Cut™ thread which prevents most material damage and splitting. No pre-drilling is necessary unless the building materials limitations require a pilot hole to be drilled (always consult wood supplier's / manufacturer's recommendations). All RT Composite Trim Head Screws come with corrosion protection which is highly convenient when using Trim™ screws in composite decking. You can find these available in HandyPaks, ProPaks, and Bulk cartons.
RT Composite™ screw #8 takes a T-10 bit.
