Order Processing
Your order will automatically be generated on our store right after clicking on the "Place Order" button and agreeing to the terms on the checkout page. Once order is generated, it will be automatically processed on the online store.
- The payment portal will authorize the purchase, and the amount will automatically be captured. This process is a matter of seconds!
- To make sure that nothing goes wrong, double check your information entered on the checkout page.
- If for some reason, the order did not go through, you will see an error on the page. Please feel free to contact our customer service team, and we will be more than happy to help you.
- You will receive a confirmation Email, stating the details of your purchase.
- You will receive an invoice to your Email, confirming payment amount capture. The order status on your account will be "Processing".
- Once the order is shipped, you will receive an Email with order status update, tracking information,and all order details. The order status in your account will be "Complete".
- If you selected "Ship to a different address" on the checkout page, the order will be shipped as entered

Cancelling your order
To cancel, return, replace, or refund your order, please Contact our customer service team, with your Order# and reasons for cancellation or replacement. Our team will get back to you promptly with details. Visit the returns page to know more about the return policy.
