Regal Rail 4" Base Covers are two piece, powder coated, heavy duty aluminum skirts that snap around Regal 4x4 Posts. Regal 4" Post Skirts are available in 5 powder-coated colors – White, and Black, in a gloss finish, and Yard Bronze, Taupe, and Textured Black, in a textured finish. Regal Railing is the only code approved system for all jurisdictions in North America.
