Expected Shipping Times

Listed below are typical packaging and lead times for common products found in our store. Please note this is not the amount of time it will take to receive your product, it is the amount of time it will take for us to ship your product. Typical Packaging & Lead Times

• Same / Next Day Many of our products are shipping same (when ordered before 11AM CST) or next day. This would be typical of smaller items that can be shipped via traditional means with UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
• 1-3 Days Products that do not ship same / next day are then typically shipped within 1-3 Days. This is common for products coming directly from manufacturers or that may require additional time to package for safe transit.
• 4-7 Days Products that require freight shipping are typically shipped in 4-7 Days. They require additional packing steps and coordination with a freight provider. This is the most common lead time for Decking, Railing panels, 8' long sections of railing, and other large, bulky items.
• 1-2 Weeks A lead time of 1-2 weeks is common for custom made products. These products will be indicated as such on their product pages and include items like custom made finials and ball tops.
• 2-4 Weeks 2-4 Weeks is an uncommon lead time typical of products in backorder or incurring supply chain delays. Long lead times will be indicated on product and cart pages.
• 4-16 Weeks 4-16 Weeks is a rare lead time for products in high demand but that are extremely backordered from their manufacturer. Long lead times will be indicated on product and cart pages.
